The appellant sued for 15 head of cattle which he claimed to be the balance of dowry payable by the respondent on his marriage with the appellant’s sister, which had taken place about 1920.
Held: The claim was time-barred under the Customary Law (Limitation of Proceedings) Rules, G. N. No. 311 of 1963, as the wedding had taken place about 1920, almost half a century ago. Judgment of the District court upheld;
