1. Land Related Contracts, See section 64 the Land Act, No 4 of 1999
2. All contracts with no consideration are required to be in writing and be signed and registered. See section 25(1) of The Law of Contact Act, CAP 345 RE 2019.
3. A contract of sale of any goods of the value of two hundred shillings to be in writing and be signed by the party to be charged or by his agent in that behalf for it to be enforceable. See section 6 (1) of the Sale of Goods Act, CAP 214 RE 2002
