Accused was convicted of rape under section 131 of the Penal Code. The complainant, a school girl aged 15, gave the only evidence implicating the accused

            Held: “(I)n sexual cases independent corroboration of the complainant’s story, implicating the accused, will be required notwithstanding the trial court’s warning itself of the danger of convicting without it……” Conviction quashed.
