Respondents destroyed a house built on their land by appellant. Their conviction of malicious property damage was quashed by the District Court, and the compensation order was set aside.
Held: “…….The respondents were at law entitled to eject Saidi who was trespassing on their own land in their presence, and ….. they were further entitled to remove any object Saidi had brought thereon during the trespass.” The complainant’s appeal was summarily rejected.
