Noted: “In this case it is noticed that the date of the judgment is 1st July, 1969, whereas the date of the commitment warrant is 2nd July, 1969. This is incorrect and might result in the convicted man serving an extra day’s imprisonment for no fault of his own. Care should accordingly be taken to ensure that the commitment warrant bears the same date as that of the sentence pronounced by the court
