AFFIDAVIT OF RESIDENCE.

I, SUN MOON STAR, an adult, male, Muslim and a resident of Dar es salaam in the United Republic of Tanzania, DOTH HEREBY MAKE OATH and STATE as follows: -

1. That, I am a Tanzanian by birth with a permanent residence at Ilala CBD, Dar es Salaam region.

2. That, I am a licensed advocate who works for gain at Kivukoni Dar-es-salaam.

3. That, I do hereby declare and confirm that my residential address is Ilala Boma, House No. 14, Dar es Salaam. 

4. That, I have resided at the aforementioned address continuously since 10/10/2010. It is my primary and permanent place of residence.

5. That, I maintain personal belongings at this address and use it as my residence for all legal and official purposes.
