What is the difference between trade dispute; and trade inquiry?

a). Trade dispute is the dispute between workers and their own employer(s). The trade dispute may relate to terms and conditions of employment or suspension or dismissal of employee etc. the rule dispute may involve a single employee and his employer(s). 

b).Trade inquiry is the inquiry or investigation into industrial matter or dispute held by the industrial court after same is referred to it by labour commissioner under section 9A(1) of the Industrial Court Act, 1968.
