Refers to a person who deals with a deceased person’s property(ies) without the authority of a rightful personal representative or of the Court. It is the one who being neither Executor nor Administrator intermediate with goods of the deceased. He renders himself liable, not only to an action by rightful person representative but also to be sued by the creditor(s) or legatee(s) of the deceased.
