Misrepresentation; is the statement or a conduct which conveys a false or wrong impression. It is untrue statement of fact, made by one party to the other in the cause of negotiating a contract that induces the other party to enter in to the contract.
Frustration; refers to the discharge of a contract rendered impossible of performance by external forces beyond the contemplation of the parties.
Force Majeure; describes events possibly affecting the contract and that are completely outside parties control. Such events are normally listed in full to ensure there enforceability, they include acts of God e.g. fires, winds, floods, earthquake, thunderstorm, rains and all other natural catastrophes.
