The Judgment in Admission is entered where the defendant admits the claim. The defendant may admit the claim or claims in full or in part. Where the claim is admitted in part, judgment or admission may be entered to the extent of defendant’s admission as far as is practicable and depend on the nature of the suit. And where he admits the claim in full, judgment will be entered against him for the Plaintiff has the prayed for in the plaint. The defendant may admit claim or claims orally or in writing.
