If a letter is written using carbon copy; are the rest documents other than the 1st Copy Secondary evidence?

When a letter is written using carbon copy, the rest documents other than the first copy are not Secondary evidence. They are primary evidence of the contents of the document because they are made by one uniform process. See section 64(4) of the Law of Evidence Act, 1967
