The appeal from Martial Court lies to Court Martial Appeal Court. Note: the Court Martial Appeals Court is composed of 3 Judges. Their decision is final and conclusive per section 146 of the National Defence Act, No. 24 of 1966. Their decision is only subject to judicial Review by the High Court. See section 153 of the Act.
