The following evidence as a matter of law needs corroboration:
1). Where the only evidence available is that of unsworn or un-affirmed child of tender years. See section 127(3) of the Law of Evidence Act, 1967. Note: however that; Court may rely on same without corroboration after warning itself of the danger of doing so. But it must be satisfied that the child is telling nothing but the truth.
