The procedure in voluntary winding up is:
1). The company must pass a resolution for voluntary winding up; and
2). The company must within 10 days after the pass of the resolution, give notice of the resolution by advertisement in the Gazette and also in some newspaper, if any, circulating in the district where the registered office of the company is situated.
