How can a status of marriage come to an end apart from divorce?

Apart from Divorce, the status of marriage can come to an end in the following cases; 

1). By annulment as per section98 of the Law of Marriage Act; 

2). By death of either party thereto; and 

3). By Decree declaring that the death of either party thereto is presumed. Note: see section 12 of the Law of Marriage Act, 1971.
