The East African Court of Justice is the Court Established under a Treaty of East African Community. It composes of Judges from three East African States, namely Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda.
Note: As per Articles 23- 47 Act No. 4/2001. It has the following functions:
1). To interpret the treaty;
2). To ensure Compliance by member states of the treaty;
3). To determine matters falling under the Community.
