An Administrator General is the administrator of estates appointed by the Minister responsible for Legal Affairs. He is appointed under section 4 of the Administrator General (Powers and Functions) Act, Cap 27. Administrator General includes Assistant Administrator General appointed by the same Minister. Administrator General has powers to Petition for Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration.
