Two elements that must be proved in Interpleader suit.

1).  It  must be  shown that  the Plaintiff  has no interest in the subject  matter  except costs or  charges of keeping  the thing; and

(2).  It  must be shown that  there is competing  claims over  debt, some  of money  or  other  property between defendants  severally.
