Temporary Injunction or Interlocutory is the injunction granted by court pending the outcome of the hearing at the main case so has to maintain the thing, which is subject of litigation in status quo. Temporary injunction is governed by the Civil Procedure Code, see Order XXXVII
Duration of Temporary Injunction is 6 months.
