a). To have a carnal knowledge of a woman or a girl without the consent or with the consent when such consent is not recognized in law i.e. under Penal Code as amended by SOSPA.;
b). Taking advantages of ones position so as to commit rape.
Can a husband rape his wife?
The Husband can rape his wife when he has sexual intercourse with his separated wife without her consent.
