Procedure to alter object of a company.

If the company wants to alter its objects must comply with the procedure provided for in section 7 of the Companies Act, Cap. 212. The procedure: 

1). The company must alter the subjects of the company by special resolution; 

2). The company must Petition the court for the confirmation of alteration; and 

3). Lastly, a certified copy of the order confirming the alteration, together with printed copy of the memorandum as altered must within 15 days from the date of the order be delivered to the Registrar of Companies for registration.
