If a non citizen wants to acquire land in Tanzania is required to show that the land is for investment purposes under the Tanzania Investment Act, 1997 as provided under section 20 of the Land Act No.4/1999. His application for right of occupancy must inter alia; be accompanied by the certificate of approval granted by Tanzania investment Center under Tanzania investment Act, 1997.
