Where ones property is attached two avenues are available for him, namely:
i). To file objection proceedings and or
ii). To bypass objection proceedings and resort to suit to recover his wrongly attached property.
NB: The two avenue were given by Munyera, J., in Omoke Oloo vs. Werema Magira [1983] TLR 144.
