i). Where the High Court refuses to issue Certificate that a point of law is involved in matters originating from Primary Court the aggrieved party may bring the matter by way of appeal to the Court of Appeal. ii). where the matter originates from District or RM’s Court and the High Court rejects to grant leave to appeal the aggrieve party may bring the matter to the Court of Appeal by way of appeal challenging the order refusing to grant leave.
