Before filing a suit one should take into consideration the following:
i). Value of the subject matter;
ii). Place of suing;
iii). Jurisdiction;
iv). Cause of action;
v). Limitation of time.
Note: Before suing the Plaintiff should consider the following:
a). Whether he has a cause of action;
b). Necessary party(ies) to sue;
c). Reliefs claimed;
d). Place of suing; and
e). Pecuniary jurisdiction of court.
