Oral Will refers to declaration made by the deceased person orally on how his assets should be disposed. Oral Will is required to be witnessed by four people, two of them must be the relatives of testator. Written Will is the testamentary declaration by testator which is in writing. Written Will is required to be witnessed by two witnesses.
