Voir dire Tanzania by Johnson Yesaya

Voir dire is a legal phrase for a variety of procedures connected with jury trials, It originally referred to an oath taken by jurors to tell the truth (Latinverum dicere); i.e., to say what is true, what is objectively accurate or subjectively honest, or both.

The process through which jurors are questioned by either the judge or a lawyer to determine their suitability for jury service. Also the preliminary questioning of witnesses (especially experts) to determine their competence to testify.
