Trial de novo by Johnson Yesaya

Trial de novo are Latin words means re-trial or new trial. This is the order of the superior court in hierarch in Tanzania which nullify the decision passed by lower court due to irregularities, at the same time the superior court order a nullified case to be tried again from the beginning by the same court or different court or tribunal.
