the city of Dar es salaam, being an employees as accountants and director of
finance and planning, in discharge of their duties, they intentionally abuse
their position by engaging the muhimbili hospital to offer medical services to
the employees of the institute of Technology, and thereby caused it to obtain
undue advantage thereof.
