A sample will (will in Tanzania)

1           WILL

THIS IS THE LAST WILL OF MAGRETH HAHAHA OF MBEZI IN KINONDONI MUNICIPALITY IN DAR ES SALAAM.

1. I, MAGRETH HAHAHA of Mbezi in Kinondoni Municipality in Dar es salaam DOTH HEREBY REVOKE all wills, codicils or  testamentary dispositions hitherto made  by me and DECLARE this to be my last will.

2. I, HEREBY APPOINT   PIUS HAHAHA  to be the lawful Executor and Trustee of my Will .

3. I appoint lawfully the said Trustee as Guardian of my properties.

4. That  I have one wedlock child namely MATHEW NANANA.

5. That  MATHEW NANANA   soon after my demise will  solely inherit  my estate, to wit,

6. One house situated at plot No. MB/MB2/0/36 Mbezi in Kinondoni district in Dar Es Salaam region.

7. One  kibanda cha mkaa located at Plot No. MB/MB2/0/36 Mbezi in Kinondoni district in Dar Es Salaam region

8. I HEREBY DECLARE that immediately upon my demise the above-described estates shall be the property of my son as described in paragraph 5 hereinabove.

9. I, HEREBY DECLARE and state that there are no encumbrances whatsoever befalling the above described properties.

10. I demise and bequeath all my property, movable and immovable whatever  and wherever existing at the time of my death not hereby mentioned in this last  will  to MATHEW NANANA

11. I DECLARE that my will shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Tanzania law and all powers shall apply hereto and to the trust created hereby

12. I request the said executor to execute as per this will, no more no less.
