We, JUNGU ATTORNEYS who have the conduct of this suit on behalf of the defendant, certify that the Application filed herewith is most urgent requiring to be placed before the Honourable Duty Magistrate of this Honourable Court at the earliest opportunity as the defendant stands to suffer substantial loss and damage should the Plaintiff, as it might at any time, institute execution proceedings in respect of the judgement entered in the Plaintiff’s favour herein, which the application seeks to stay.   In that event, the application will be rendered nugatory.
