THE LEASE AGREEMENT OF A TRACTOR BETWEEN OMC LTD AND MR LOLO

We, the undersigned, MR LOLO, who is the tractor owner with the Reg. No. T000 ATU, NEW HOLLAND 80 HP on the one side and on the other side, OMC (T) LTD, who is the lessee, agree under this Agreement that MR LOLO will rent a mentioned tractor to OMC (T) LTD on following terms. 

(a)     A copy of the Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate for Mr lolo should be an annexture to the Agreement.

(b)     OMC (T) LTD will rent the said tractor for the period of ___________days, from 8^th September 2008 to _________ September (______ days).

(c)          The renting amount will be Tsh 120,000 (ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND TANZANIAN SHILLINGS) per day.

(d)         The lessee (OMC (T) LTD) will fill the fuel for the work.

(e)          The lessee will allow some minor maintenance such as repairing punctures, to be done in OMC (T) LTD workshop and if necessary OMC (T) LTD will assist in transportation of the needed spare part(s), such as a punctured tire to Bagamoyo town for maintenance.  The maintenance costs will be upon the owner of the tractor.

(f)          For the whole period after work (during night hours), the tractor will be parked at the lessee’s site.  The lessee is not responsible for any theft or damage to the tractor whilst parked at the lessee’s site.

(g)         All the payment will be done by bank cheque.  The tractor owner will invoice OMC (T) LTD for the work done and the invoice will include the TIN no.

(h)         After the agreed period, the agreement may be renewed under the same conditions or otherwise as the tractor owner and lessee deem it fit.

This agreement has been made and signed by the relevant parties on _________________the day of _____________________, 2008 as follows.
