Affidavit of sponsorship

AFFIDAVIT OF SPONSORSHIP.

I, KITUNGUU MBOGA of P.O. Box 77267, Phone: 861842, Fax 861946,
E-mail kitunguu@mboga.Com Dar es salaam doth hereby solemnly swear and state here in below as follows:-

1.    That I am a self employed Businessman carrying my business in Dar es salaam, Tanzania.

2.    That I am uncle in one hand and sponsor on the other hand of Mr. KALAMU KALAMU who has been admitted to join with Texas Southern University, Houston in the United States of America to pursue a Bachelor degree in COMPUTER SCIENCE.

3.    That the said course commences on the 7th January 2002 and the same is scheduled for a maximum duration of 4(four) years.

4.    That I undertake to be responsible for any charges in traveling and educational expenses through out his stay in America, and all other incidental cost if arises.


5.    That I am financially capable enough to meet costs as I am currently holding Business Account No.00000000000000 of National Bank of Commerce, (NBC) LIMITED at Samora Avenue Branch –Dar es Salaam. And I attach a photocopy of my Current Account Bank Statement.

6.    And that any of the responsibilities that may arise during the applicant’s studies will be met without fail or unreasonable delay and that the half salary that the applicant is entitled while in studies will be given to his wife for living expenses here in Tanzania.

7.    That I undertake to be responsible for all acts / or omission that will be committed by the applicant through out his stay in America and vice versa.

8.    I hence forth humbly pray that the Applicant be granted a visa to enter the United States of America for his studies.
