PLOT SALE AGREEMENT

This agreement is made this…………day of………….2001

BETWEEN

NAME OF A VENDOR of P. O. Box         Dar es salaam, (hereinafter referred to as a VENDOR )of the one part.

AND

NAME OF PURCHASER  of P. O. BOX         DAR ES SALAAM (  hereinafter referred to as the PURCHASER )of the other part.

WHEREAS NAME OF PURCHASER  is  the lawful Owner of the plot situated on No. 0 Block Q TABATA SEGEREA, DAR ES SALAAM  with development  therein. (herein referred to as the property)

AND WHEREAS the Vendor is desirous of selling the said Plot with development therein to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is desirous and has expressed his willingness to buy the said property.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS.

1. That in consideration of Shillings Two million two hundred thousand only (2,200,000/=) payable by the purchaser to the Vendor, the vendor hereby sale to the purchaser who purchases the same free from any encumbrances what so ever.
2. That all, the purchase price will be paid by the purchaser to the vendor in cash upon signing this agreement. 
3. That the vendor will deliver certificate of Right of occupancy to the purchaser at the time of execution of this agreement.
4. The Purchaser will proceed to transfer and registrar the said property in his own name upon consent of the commissioner for lands.  If the consent is his withheld by the commissioner for lands this agreement will be null and void and of with no effect and parties will be restituted to their former position.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have dully executed these presents in the manner and on the day of the year herein after appearing hereunder.
